None of the owners, employees, contractors, or anyone else connected with GVM Check accepts responsibility, or liability, for the accuracy of any verbal information or written information provided by GVM Check, or any use made of the verbal information and written information provided by GVM Check, by the customer, whether or not arising from the negligence of any of GVM Check or its suppliers unless provided otherwise under State or Federal law. For a binding legal opinion regarding the use of your vehicle or towed vehicle contact your responsible State Government office.  GVM Check also accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of vehicle specifications supplied by the customer or if weight is added to the vehicle or trailer after being measured.  The results are as only valid as measured at the time.
